Group14’s Energy Team is seeking a Project Manager with expertise in building energy systems and energy modeling to manage new construction projects for commercial and multifamily buildings.

How You Will Contribute

  • Proactively engage clients and project teams with energy efficiency and renewable energy solutions and recommendations
  • Work cooperatively and successfully with teammates, clients, and other outside third parties to reduce GHG emissions and strengthen the Energy Team’s knowledge base.
  • Model energy and thermal performance of buildings and building assemblies

Your Expertise

  • Relevant direct experience in the following:
    • Building energy performance of commercial and multifamily buildings
    • Energy modeling skills and energy code knowledge (~ 5 years professional experience)
    • Management of multiple projects at one time with minimal supervision
  • Self-motivated, creative, and driven to do well at any task and deliver projects cost effectively

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, especially when explaining building energy systems, including envelope, lighting, HVAC and service hot water and their energy performance.
