Group14 is looking for a Field Technician and Energy Audit Support with strong written communication skills to join our Multifamily Housing Team and support our commitment to transforming the built environment to realize a more resilient future.

What You’ll Contribute
- Support Group14 team members on energy audits and measurement and verification site visits. This will include conducting inventories of lighting, HVAC, domestic hot water, envelope, and other building systems.
- Provide administrative support to MH team members, including tracking project schedules, scheduling client site visits, reporting testing results, and other project administration support.
- Test residential heat pump equipment for quality installation verification. This includes verifying proper refrigerant charge, airflow, load calculations, and system control. (Training will be provided.)
- Up to 25% time travel (in and out of state) will be required.
Your Expertise
- Strong written communication skills required
- Engineering undergraduate degree or HVAC trade background preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated, creative, and driven to do well at any task
- Ability to tackle multiple tasks, prioritize, and perform work with minimal supervision
- Ability to work cooperatively and successfully with teammates, clients, and other outside third parties
