Group14 works closely with higher education stakeholders to identify sustainability solutions that meet the goals of the institution, including LEED certification, carbon reduction through energy efficiency and renewables, and commissioning.
Group14 has successfully helped projects meet Colorado’s High Performance Certification Program requirements through LEED and Green Globes, including projects for University of Colorado, University of Denver, and Colorado School of Mines.
Group14’s commissioning/retro-commissioning team has extensive experience in commissioning new and existing higher education buildings, labs, campus facilities and buildings. Group14 has commissioned 13 higher education projects with more than 1,200,000 SF in the past three years alone. We have also implemented SkySpark monitoring services for multiple higher education campuses including CU Anschutz Medical Campus and the University of California San Francisco.
