How You Will Contribute

  • Oversee marketing team requests, deadlines, and deliverables and delegate responsibilities between marketing team & technical staff
  • Develop proposals for repeat work and  maintain well-developed templates
  • Support staff in drafting, laying out and delivering prime proposals
  • Track leads, support pursuit of opportunities – including prepositioning & teaming
  • Maintain the website and manage social media, such as LinkedIn
  • Update and maintain branding and associated collateral
  • Draft postings for recruiting, post external communications for job openings, and help maintain recruiting guidelines
  • Assist with supplier and company certification applications and registrations
  • Assist with development and delivery of training for staff on writing proposals,  cross-selling, maintaining client relationships
  • Assist staff with interview preparation related to project pursuits
  • Attend industry events and career fairs to promote Group14 as needed
  • Assist with maintenance of sponsorships and memberships
  • Support the development and tracking of the annual marketing budget
  • Prepare qualification content and assemble packages for pursuits –  write, update, and edit marketing material, including project sheets, staff resumes, and company profiles

Your Expertise

  • Degree in business, marketing, graphic design, or communications
  • 5+ years of proposal writing skills and graphic design experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and Google Suite (specifically Docs, Sheets, and Slides)
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator)
  • Familiarity with Bluebeam is a plus
  • Curious and actively seek answers to questions
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Self-motivated, creative, and driven to do well at any task
  • Ability to tackle multiple tasks, prioritize tasks within individual workload and adhere to deadlines
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Appreciates a collaborative work environment
  • An ideal candidate has knowledge of commercial real estate development industry, and architecture and engineering field along with experience with A/E/C industry RFP’s and RFQ’s
